A modern three-storey residential development located in Arthur’s Point, Queenstown. The complex consists of 34 residential units arranged within a master-planned multi-building layout designed for efficient space utilization and structural stability.
The structure is primarily made up of precision steel framing systems, with steel roof and floor framing providing strength and durability across all levels. Reinforced concrete elements are incorporated in key areas, including basements and deep foundations.
The upper floors and roof act together as rigid diaphragms, efficiently distributing seismic and gravity loads throughout the multi-storey buildings.
