The structure utilizes precast concrete elements to deliver superior lateral strength, durability, and construction efficiency. The foundation system consists of engineered screwed piles designed to suit site soil conditions and enable efficient installation within a tight urban footprint.
The project contributes to the ongoing redevelopment of Christchurch’s central city, delivering a modern, functional, and structurally reliable commercial space.
